It features large greens, mature trees and plenty of water present to capture stray shots. Together, Grant's Creek, along with a various well-placed ponds tests our golfer's accuracy on eight challenging holes. The par 72 layout offers a great challenge for links experts, yet allows average and beginning golfers a forgiving course to enjoy themselves. Four sets of tee blocks ranging from 5263 yards to 6902 yards suit al golfer's abilities. Most golfers leave the course with the 17th hole embedded into their memory forever. The picturesque 375-yard par four provides a breathtaking view from the tee. A player must drive from a highly elevated tee over 150 yards of water, onto a tight fairway bordered by thick rough. The second shot is equally challenging. The small green slopes off at the back into a lurking creek. Players cross over from the tee to the fairway, through a beautiful, old-fashioned covered bridge, which only add to the hole's beauty. One of the largest golf courses in the area, Mapleview sports attractive greens of 5,000 to 8,500 square feet. The 17th hole, a 375-yard, par four, provides breathtaking views from the tee and a pleasant, scenic walk across an old covered bridge. But if you can get your mind off the view and onto the play of this hole, you will drive over 150 yards of water onto a tight fairway bordered by thick rough. The approach shot is to a kidney shaped green protected by a small pond. However, the most challenging hole of the course is the 10th. Water awaits your shot 150 yards from the green on this 601-yard, par five. The fairway is fairly narrow, with out-of-bounds on the right and trees on the left. The green, when you finally get to it, comprises 5,000 square feet of putting space on slightly rolling, immaculately manicured turf. Mapleview features a newly renovated licensed clubhouse facility, complete with kitchen and Pro Shop. Our facility offers complete practice facilities including; a driving range, putting and chipping greens. We are attracting golfers young and old alike through exceptional green fee rates.
