It’s a fabulous family day, in one of Ontario’s most beautiful towns with food, fun and music, all with a Lanark Maple flavour.  History of the Festival of the Maples-The first Festival of the Maples was held on April 6,1974.  The Festival began as an attempt to get people out of their homes after a long winter of cabin fever and have a 'Celebration of Spring'.
